Designed for Small Workpieces
The AK04 crawler feeder is designed to smoothly and efficiently feed small workpieces that tend to wobble when fed through a standard three or four wheel feeder.The AF04 feeder can be mounted and used on a wide variety of woodworking machines, the most common of which are molding machines and table saws.
Keeps Workpiece Stable
The roller spring suspension design creates friction and pressure on the workpiece. Workpieces with thickness variations as small as 20 mm (3/4 in.) can be easily compensated for using the roller spring mechanism.
Uniform feed rate
A 1-horsepower, continuous-duty motor provides feed to ensure consistent, reliable feed rates. Actual feed rate depends on blade sharpness, tool rotation direction and workpiece characteristics.
Rugged Support
The AK04 Crawler Feeder is equipped with (Feeder Support US03) sturdy vertical and horizontal cast iron support columns and universal joints with "T" or "L" locking devices to hold the feeder in a horizontal, vertical or inclined feeding position.
