This feeder is mainly used to feed woodworking machines used as spindle molding machines. It avoids in the operation of the machine tool and achieves high efficiency. Heavy duty, 7 rollers/6 speeds, easy changeover, 90°/180° automatic locking The whole series is equipped with automatic angle adjustment.
This feed mechanism features digital control and seven closely spaced rollers for precise, close contact as the workpiece passes through the table saw or gear and chopper. A universal pivot adjusts the feed path and height for different sized workpieces. Simply turn the knob to change the direction of rotation.
Seven polyethylene rollers are non-skid. They can be easily replaced and reinstalled if worn or damaged.
The rollers exert even pressure, stabilizing the workpiece and preventing sudden movements that could damage the finished product.
